After suffering near fatal health issues and unimaginable grief from the devastating loss of loved ones, I began a journey of self-discovery and spiritual learning. I found a love for yoga and meditation as well as many other spiritual interests such as crystals, oracle cards and Tibetan singing bowls and I also discovered the world of energy healing. In 2013 I studied and trained to become a level I and then a level II practitioner of Five-Element Seichem Reiki, Golden Dragon and Violet Flame Seichem Energy Healing (Seichem is pronounced Say-Keem). I practiced my skills, integrated them into my daily life and broadened my understanding of their scope for several years all the while gaining the invaluable experience that helped prepare me to take the next step. In 2021 I studied and earned the designation of Five-Element Seichem, Golden Dragon & Violet Flame Master/Teacher. I feel it is a privilege and an honour to be trusted by my clients to support them in their personal healing journey.
